Warhammer one is pretty outdated and was itself turned into the expansion pass like a $15 DLC containing 6 races. It gets all the updates and support while allowing you to import and play any previous faction that you own the game or DLC for. Warhammer 2 is sort of an expansion pass for an older title. If you mean Greenskins in general, including the Orcs, then it's still just Warhammer 1&2 plus the free Mortal Empires. It comes with two lords with their own unique campaigns.
If you want a faction leader that specializes in and buffs gobbos to an absurd degree because he himself is a big gobbo boi, pick up the Warden & the Paunch.
